White House Down will be released in the US on June 28 th, with its UK release date set a little later in the year for 6 th September. Our man, Stefan, was lucky enough to attend a special footage preview screening ahead of the filmвЂ™s release in a few monthsвЂ™ time, at which Emmerich himself was in attendance. Apparently referencing the 2013 film White House Down, about a paramilitary groups attack on the White House, the caption reads: 'White House Down Soon Anshaallah. And now two new posters have surfaced online, promising the film will be every bit as explosive as youвЂ™d expect. Titled 'White House Down Soon' it showed the White House in flames with gunmen on the roof as it is bombed by an airplane with the ISIS slogan on it. The movie opens in theaters on March 22 which gives it a jump-start over Channing Tatum and Jamie FoxxвЂ™s similar White House Down, coming to theaters on June 28. The first trailer arrived late last month, giving us an awesome first look at the film. FilmDistrict released the first trailer and poster for the new movie, which co-stars Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett, Dylan McDermott and Ashley Judd. And thereвЂ™s every reason to expect EmmerichвЂ™s White House Down will bring in even bigger numbers, with Channing Tatum, Jamie Foxx, and Maggie Gyllenhaal leading the all-star cast.
